In the event of any discrepancy between the merchandise delivered to the customer and the description on the invoice, the Customer is required to notify Lampert Lumber – US LBM, LLC (in writing) within 72 hours after delivery, and prior to installation, of the materials in question. Discrepancies may include but are not limited to quantity, quality, weight, and physical condition (including mold). Written notice must specify details of the claimed discrepancies.
If no notice is sent to Lampert Lumber – US LBM, LLC within 72 hours of delivery, it will be concluded that the merchandise indicated on the invoice was properly sold and delivered to the customer in acceptable condition.
